We provide information about various e& (Etisalat) internet plans, assist in signing up for these plans, and coordinate with e& (Etisalat) to ensure service activation.
We act solely as an intermediary, meaning we do not provide the actual internet services, customer support for connectivity issues, or billing services.All these are directly managed by e&.
As a channel partner of e& (Etisalat), we do not process, collect, or handle any payments from customers. Once your e& (Etisalat) service is activated, you will be billed directly by e& (Etisalat) as per the billing cycle associated with the selected plan.

The broadband speed of all customers activating a new eLife Ultra Starter plan will increase to 1Gbps absolutely free without any extra cost as a limited time promotion valid until 31 August 26. After this, speed will be reverted to the plan’s original 500Mbps speed.
Customers require no action as the speed boost will automatically apply without any need to opt-in, simply enjoy the new speed.

To activate Anghami and Amazon Prime, please follow the below steps:
Step 1: Download e& UAE app and log in with you eLife account number
Step 2: At the top of the homepage make sure the correct account is selected that has the benefit you want to activate
Step 3: On the homepage click on “Manage” next to your plan details
Step 4: On the next page, scroll down and click on the “Addons” section
Step 5: Here you can select and activate the included subscriptions
STARZPLAY is already activated and available in your TV box.
For Smiles benefits: just download the Smiles app from your app store and log in with your eLife account number (you will get a code on your registered mobile number or email). Once enrolled you can start ordering and you will automatically get free delivery. If you’re an existing Smiles customer, log in to Smiles with your eLife number and the benefit will be automatically applied.
An early termination charge, which shall amount to AED 1,000 or one monthly rental charge of the current service plan (whichever is lower) is applicable.
For both fixed term plans with 12-month or 24-month commitment minimum subscription and monthly plans any remaining device charges will be applied on a pro rata basis.
Total applicable charges will be calculated as follows:
Basic exit charge + (device retail price/ agreement term in months) x (agreement term in months – (1 + monthly payments the subscriber has already made under contract)
The device charge is dependent on the retail price of the device which can be any or all of the following:
4K TV box (Recorder AED 720/Regular AED 480)
Router (AED 240/AED 540/AED 960
Home phone (AED 120)
*Even if the contract is 12/24 months, you can relocate the connection to your new appartment/villa if you are shifting your current home within any where in UAE with e& connectivity by calling 800101 or submitting a home move request through e& UAE app. Relocation will not be considered as breaking of the contract/commitment period, and no exit penalty applies in case of relocation.
There will be a one time charge of 150AED at the time of relocation, for the technician visit
All payments for e& (Etisalat) services, including but not limited to home internet subscriptions, are handled directly by e& (Etisalat).
As a channel partner of e& (Etisalat), we do not process, collect, or handle any payments from customers. Once your e& (Etisalat) service is activated, you will be billed directly by e& (Etisalat) as per the billing cycle associated with the selected plan.
Customers are not required to make any deposits or advance payments to e& (Etisalat) Channel Partners at any stage. All payments are managed directly by e& (Etisalat) in accordance with their billing procedures.
Any payment issues, such as late payments, disputes, or billing errors, must be resolved directly with e& (Etisalat). We are not responsible for handling or resolving any payment-related concerns.
We will treat your personal information as confidential and will only disclose it in accordance with the United Arab Emirates laws concerning privacy rights, or if we believe it is necessary to comply with a requirement of the UAE law enforcement agencies. Unless you register your details on the website we do not collect personal information about you. If you do register on the website we will use your personal information for the following purposes:
