What is our role and scope as an Authorized e& Channel Partner

The website internetservices.ae is operated by Mega Vision Audio & Video Systems (L.L.C). As an Authorized e& (Etisalat) channel partner, we (Mega Vision) are responsible for facilitating the selection and application process for e&(Etisalat)’s internet services. We provide information about various e& (Etisalat) internet plans, assist in signing up for these plans, and coordinate with e& (Etisalat) to ensure service activation.

We act solely as an intermediary, meaning we do not provide the actual internet services, customer support for connectivity issues, or billing services.All these are directly managed by e&.

As a channel partner of e& (Etisalat), we do not process, collect, or handle any payments from customers. Once your e& (Etisalat) service is activated, you will be billed directly by e& (Etisalat) as per the billing cycle associated with the selected plan.

What is the AI License with e& Business Internet Plans?

The AI License is included with eligible Business Pro AI plans and provides access to AI-powered productivity tools, including Aleria Lite, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or both, depending on your selected plan.

Eligible Business Pro AI plans include AI Licenses at no additional monthly cost.

The AI solution included depends on your selected Business Pro AI plan. Depending on the plan, you'll receive Aleria Lite, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or a combination of both.

The number of included AI Licenses depends on your selected Business Pro AI plan. Higher-tier plans include more licenses to support growing teams.

You can use the AI License to write emails, create presentations, generate marketing content, summarize documents, brainstorm ideas, improve customer communications, answer business questions, and enhance day-to-day productivity. The AI tools are designed to be easy to use, helping employees become productive from day one. The AI services can be accessed from supported desktops, laptops, and mobile devices with an internet connection.

AI is included with eligible Business Pro AI plans to help businesses improve productivity, save time, and simplify everyday tasks without the need for separate AI subscriptions.

What's the difference between Aleria Lite and Microsoft 365 Copilot?

Aleria Lite is an AI assistant designed to help businesses create content, streamline everyday tasks, and support customer engagement. Microsoft 365 Copilot enhances productivity within Microsoft 365 applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Depending on your selected Business Pro AI plan, you may receive multiple AI Licenses, allowing you to allocate a combination of Aleria Lite and Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses.

The AI solutions available depend on your selected Business Pro AI plan. Some plans include a predefined AI solution, while others allow you to choose a combination of Aleria Lite and Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses. Contact our sales team for guidance on the best option for your business.

How does the Carryforward feature in Business First Plus work?

What are the Exit Charges if i want to terminate my contract ?

In the case of contract breach through early termination, the following exit charges apply: 1 month of base plan fee plus recovery of devices for the remaining contract months.
Penalty-Free Service: Customers can exit the service contract within a maximum period of 5 days from activation without penalty charges (i.e., exit charges) if the service contract was mis-sold or the provided service did not comply with the service terms and conditions.
In cases of contract breach with early termination, exit fees will be applied. The exit fee shall be calculated as a monthly recurring charge multiplied by the number of remaining months of the contract.

Upgrade Charges:

Upgrading bandwidth during and after the minimum term is possible without any additional charges to the customer.

Downgrade Charges:

If the customer downgrades bandwidth during the minimum term, the customer shall be required to pay an appropriate downgrade charge. Please refer to the application form for a per plan breakdown.

What are the billing and payment terms ?

All payments for e& (Etisalat) services, including but not limited to home internet subscriptions, are handled directly by e& (Etisalat).

As a channel partner of e& (Etisalat), we do not process, collect, or handle any payments from customers. Once your e& (Etisalat) service is activated, you will be billed directly by e& (Etisalat) as per the billing cycle associated with the selected plan.

Customers are not required to make any deposits or advance payments to e& (Etisalat) Channel Partners at any stage. All payments are managed directly by e& (Etisalat) in accordance with their billing procedures.

Any payment issues, such as late payments, disputes, or billing errors, must be resolved directly with e& (Etisalat). We are not responsible for handling or resolving any payment-related concerns.

Which areas do we provide our services in?

How we will use your personal data ?

We will treat your personal information as confidential and will only disclose it in accordance with the United Arab Emirates laws concerning privacy rights, or if we believe it is necessary to comply with a requirement of the UAE law enforcement agencies. Unless you register your details on the website we do not collect personal information about you. If you do register on the website we will use your personal information for the following purposes:

- Processing your orders.

- To administer this website For statistical purposes to improve this website and its services to you.

What is your responsibility as a customer ?

Once your service is activated, you must comply with the terms and conditions outlined in your agreement with e& (Etisalat), including payment deadlines, proper usage, and adherence to UAE telecommunications regulations.
